at Natural Roots & Remedies store
 28 Weirs Road, Suite 1
Gilford NH
(in the Patrick's Pub Plaza)

An ancient art with a 9,000 year tradition has returned to the Lakes Region.  In the world of food enthusiasts and nutritionists, it is called vegetable & fruit fermentation or cultured vegetables.  Attend our Tasting and try some of this artisan, locally hand-crafted fermented vegetables and fruit.  Learn about how each of the krauts and kimchis are made from local produce and why they are so important to gut flora and health.  You will get to taste WHITE MOUNTAIN KIMCHI, APPLE KRAUT and FRUIT KIMCHI brought by TheBrineryNH.   Learn why each jar has up to 100 times more probiotic content than the typical jar of capsules.  You will also learn how much to incorporate a Kraut or Kimchi each day with your regular meals and how it improves your digestion and gut health.  If you provide your email, a Fermentation eBook PDF from TheBrineryNH discussing the process and benefits of lacto-fermentation will be made available to each attendee.

Information will also be given about how to host an awesome Fermentation party at your home with friends.  The Fall harvest time is a great opportunity to host a unique event for your guests which will educate and entertain them with awesome fermented foods and libations.
